What is a AP World History Score Calculator?

The AP World History Score Calculator helps you estimate your AP World History: Modern exam score. The exam has four components: 55 multiple choice questions (40%), 3 short answer questions (20%), 1 document-based question (25%), and 1 long essay question (15%). Your raw scores from each section are weighted and combined into a composite percentage, then converted to the 1-5 AP scale. Score boundaries are approximate and based on historical data. Actual cutoffs vary by year.

The composite percentage weights multiple choice at 40%, short answer questions at 20%, the document-based question at 25%, and the long essay question at 15%.
